TYPES OF OPENERS
Screw Drive Openers:
A motor rotates a threaded steel rod as a trolley rides on it in screw-drive systems. Due to its lack of parts, these openers are generally maintenance-free and include a steel screw that engages directly with the motor in the opener. They are the noisiest to open a garage door.
Belt Drive Openers:
