Just had my garage door opener replaced. My old one was 25+ years old, and it always had issues when the weather was the worst, so I decided to have it replaced. I was thinking about going to Lowe’s to buy and use their installation service, but there were other parts that I needed to purchase for this job and I really didn’t know what all I needed. I saw 716 Garage Door’s ad and search them online., call and asked for an estimate. It was a little more compared to the other way, but I didn’t need to worry about all the parts and it comes with a 5-yr warranty, so it is good value. Kevin is courteous and knowledgeable. He also recommended I change the springs, he said they were too much for my door. I actually heard this same comment before when one of the springs broke and I had it replaced, the tech said I only needed one large spring instead of 2. So this was what Kevin said, too. I opted for one larger spring instead of 2 smaller ones. He helped me set up the keypad and the button on my car, too. I recommend this service.

I had a broken spring and pulley on one side of garage door. Called on a Friday afternoon and they came like an hour or two later for estimate.

They basically gave me 3 options.
1. Replace spring, pulley and cable
2. Upgrade to a spring.
3. Upgrade to “high cycle” torsion spring

We went with the high cycle torsion spring since it’s our main entryway to house and we get a 15 yr warranty. My garage door sounds so much smoother, and was able to get rid of those old rickety springs and the option I went with also got new rollers for the door, so it’s glides along the track much better now too.

716 Garage Door Repair did an excellent job and was SO fast. I called around and prices were comparable. 716GDR at least gave me options. I called in afternoon on a Friday, they came same day for estimate and they came Monday morning to fix.

They were knowledgeable and asked questions to make sure they understood everything..

Overall, I would use them again and would refer to a friend.

Kevin from 716 Garage Door Repair was very personable and professional. We had an issue with our door opener and he had it working literally in seconds. Upon looking over the assembly he identified our rollers were quite worn and recommended we consider replacing them in the near future. My husband and I asked if he had time now and he handled the replacement immediately. The door not only works, it is so much quieter. We highly recommend this company for any garage door issues.

My garage door wouldn’t open. Found 716 Garage Door Repair online via a coupon wife gave me. Wow! What an enjoyable experience. Filled in the the online box and was called within 5 minutes. Car was stuck in garage.It was 1pm. They said they could have someone at my house between 4&5pm. Got a call shortly thereafter asking if they could come by 3pm. Sean arrived shortly thereafter and I could not be more pleased by his service. My garage door is wood, older than the Pyramids and weighs twice as much. Unable to get it open he called for help. They had to use a come along to open the door. Finally got it opened and Sean repaired everything that was needed. He spent approximately 4hrs here ( got dark) and the door now works better than it ever has. Sean went above and beyond to help me out. Bari was also a great help. Will never do business with any other company in this situation 716 Garage Door Repair is above and beyond “The Best.”

I had a garage door opener that the team installed in the summer start giving me issues and I called the day before Thanksgiving. They assured me someone would be out that Friday. The day of, I got a very polite and nice call from Sean letting me know he was on his way. Sean took a look and within 10 seconds, and I mean literally 10 seconds, Sean knew exactly the issue and promptly got to fixing the issue. Not even 20 minutes later the issue was solved. Sean was polite, happy and extremely pleasant to work with. I recommend him and the company for any garage door needs you may have.

Great experience with 716 garage door repair. Called yesterday to get someone to fix my garage and they were able to send someone first thing this morning. Had the parts on his truck and fixed it on the spot. Nick was a pleasure to work with. Real nice guy. Seemed a bit pricey but I guess that’s how everything is now. Prior to our purchase and subsequent roof repairs, our garage had multiple leaks in the roof leaving water to freeze and buckle the floor just enough to be problematic.
