The tech at 716 was terrific. I believe his name was Nick. He fixed the repair that I called him out to do but he also noticed a few things that could be done for preventative maintenance. Overall the tech was great, price was reasonable and I’ll definitely use you guys again ~Dave Brokaw

Nick did and outstanding job from his phone call telling me he would be arriving to my home in 30 minutes. Upon arrival he looked at my garage and told me what needed to be done and made sure I understood what my options were and the cost of all my choices. Nick worked fast and completed the job. And finally showed me the completed job. I so happy. What and outstanding worker!! I will call 716 Garage Door in the future for a new garage door! ~Sherry Fossett

Nick did a fine job in a timely manner. He was friendly and knowledgeable. this is the second time I used 716 and I’ve been pleased both times. New review 7_27_23 This is the forth time I have use 716. Josh did a great job at installing a new garage door. He was very friendly and did a great job. Nick did a great job! Called for a free estimate and he quickly assessed the problems and gave me 3 options and all they covered as well as the warranty on each level. He was able to do all the repairs at the time of the estimate and was done in under an hour. Highly informative and professional with no back and forth. I would highly recommend calling them to anyone seeking garage door repair or even just advice on installing upgrades. Great experience with 716 garage door repair. Called yesterday to get someone to fix my garage and they were able to send someone first thing this morning. Had the parts on his truck and fixed it on the spot. Nick was a pleasure to work with. Real nice guy. Seemed a bit pricey but I guess that’s how everything is now.
