Just had my garage door opener replaced. My old one was 25+ years old, and it always had issues when the weather was the worst, so I decided to have it replaced. I was thinking about going to Lowe’s to buy and use their installation service, but there were other parts that I needed to purchase for this job and I really didn’t know what all I needed. I saw 716 Garage Door’s ad and search them online., call and asked for an estimate. It was a little more compared to the other way, but I didn’t need to worry about all the parts and it comes with a 5-yr warranty, so it is good value. Kevin is courteous and knowledgeable. He also recommended I change the springs, he said they were too much for my door. I actually heard this same comment before when one of the springs broke and I had it replaced, the tech said I only needed one large spring instead of 2. So this was what Kevin said, too. I opted for one larger spring instead of 2 smaller ones. He helped me set up the keypad and the button on my car, too. I recommend this service.

I was very satisfied with the installation of a new automatic garage door opener. Travis the technician did a great job , I met him on Friday and discussed my issues with the existing controller by Monday morning the new controller was installed. Upon looking over the assembly he identified our rollers were quite worn and recommended we consider replacing them in the near future. I had a garage door opener that the team installed in the summer start giving me issues and I called the day before Thanksgiving. They assured me someone would be out that Friday. The day of, I got a very polite and nice call from Sean letting me know he was on his way. Sean took a look and within 10 seconds, and I mean literally 10 seconds, Sean knew exactly the issue and promptly got to fixing the issue. Not even 20 minutes later the issue was solved. Sean was polite, happy and extremely pleasant to work with. I recommend him and the company for any garage door needs you may have.

Nick from 716 Garage Door installed our new double car garage door. He was personable and easy to approach. Prior to our purchase and subsequent roof repairs, our garage had multiple leaks in the roof leaving water to freeze and buckle the floor just enough to be problematic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly install the new garage door opener. There was a little bit of an issue with the chain hitting the rail, after install , and they were able to come back quickly the next day to tighten it up a little bit. Price was reasonable compared to other places.
